With two games still to play, Milan are still holding onto the hopes of clinching a Champions League spot. In order to reach their goal, the Rossoneri will have to get as many points as possible in their last two matches, starting from the home fixture against Frosinone.
Coach Gennaro Gattuso is pondering the starting lineup, but most probably he will start the same players who got a crucial win against Fiorentina last week. The attack will be led by Piatek, with Suso and Borini on the wings. In midfield, Paquetà won't be available due to a three-matches ban, so Calhanoglu will take his spot as left central midfielder, while Kessiè will play on the opposite side. One step behind them, in the defensive midfielder spot, there will be Bakayoko. In defence, Abate is currently the favourite to start as right back, while Musacchio, Romagnoli and Rodriguez will form the rest of the defensive quartet in front of Donnarumma in goal.
MILAN (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Abate, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessie, Bakayoko, Calhanoglu; Suso, Piatek, Borini.
