Based on the reports from GianlucaDiMarzio.com and Sky Sport, and in addition to rumours coming from Milan and the entourage surrounding Gerard Deulofeu, contacts have already been initiated in order to bring the Barcelona youth system product to Milan. While Milan still has not officially initiated contact with Everton, other clubs including the likes of Marseille, Las Palmas and Deportivo La Coruna have all come forward with strong interest for Deulofeu.
Milan is strongly interested as they consider the young Spaniard an interesting solution to reinforce their Attacking roster. For now, the club awaits the players response. If Deulofeu gives the green light for a potential transfer to Milan, negotiations will then commence with Everton. However, at this time, the English side is reluctant to give up their young talent, even on loan, so Deulofeu may put pressure on his current club to find more space elsewhere. According to Sky Sport, the current wait on this process is the reason no consent has yet been asked for to new Milan ownership, Sino Europe Sports.
