After Leonardo and Paolo Maldini returned to the club, Milan announced the appointment of Ivan Gazidis to complete their revamped management team. The former Arsenal director will take charge on December 1st of this year, he joined the Gunners back in 2009 after playing a key role in the cretaion of Major League Soccer in the United States.
Gazidis had this to say about joining the rossoneri: “I’m enthused to accept this new challenge and I’ll do everything I can to bring Milan back to the top. I have the opportunity to start while being able to count on a group of talented players, on colleague who are working with their best effort and on the strong leadership of Leonardo, Maldini and Gattuso
