Manchester City are getting close to Declan Rice, as there is confidence in a deal with West Ham.
After Gundogan's departure, the Citizens have chosen RIce to replace the German midfielder. In this past season, Rice collected 5 goals in 50 appreances in all competitions with West Ham.
