Liverpool are set to announce the signing of Sadio Mané.
Liverpool and Southampton have agreed a fee of £30m for the Senegal international, who completed his medical on Merseyside this morning.
Mané, who turned 24 years-old in April has been a revelation at Southampton, scoring 10 goals in his debut campaign, before bettering that last season with 14 goals, including 4 across 3 matches against Liverpool.
Southampton paid Red Bull Salzburg £10m for Mané in 2014, and his pace and ability to score goals from out wide has caught the eye of Jürgen Klopp, who made the attacker a priority signing.
Liverpool are also close to signing Udinese midfielder, Piotr Zieliński. A fee which could reach £12m including variables is being discussed with the Serie A side, and barring any last minute hitches, Zieliński will take his medical tests with Liverpool once Poland are out of Euro 2016.
Zieliński rejected a move to Napoli who qualified for the Champions League in order to sign for Liverpool. He has spoken to Jürgen Klopp on the phone, who reassured him he would play an important role next season and beyond.
A deal for Ben Chilwell is still sought after, but Leicester City want £10m for the left back who is yet to make his Premier League debut. Liverpool had a £7m bid of £5m plus £2m in variables rejected last week for the youngster.
Liverpool also rejected a bid themselves last week, with Swansea's offer of £8m for Joe Allen deemed too low. Liverpool want at least £10m for the midfielder, who's impressive performances at the Euros could see that figure rise.
Martin Škrtel is also set to leave Liverpool. The centre back has attracted interest from Germany, Turkey and China, Fenerbahçe are the favourites to sign Škrtel for £5.5m.
