Cengiz Under will move to the Premier League after the winger completed his transfer to Leicester. The deal had been nearly completed in recent days but in the last few hours was definitively completed. Under has already undergone his medicals for his new club at Villa Stuart in Rome, and will transfer to Leicester on a paid loan with option to buy fixed at €23m (not a forced option as had been initially decided on).
