Leeds continue to be very lively on the transfer market, as the newly-promoted club - who already completed the signing of striker Rodrigo and started talks with Udinese over De Paul - are pushing to bolster their defence with 18-year-old defender Josko Gvardiol of Dinamo Zagreb.
Gvardiol, who is also pursued by RB Leipzig, is valued at €25 million by the Croatian club: a sum that has been deemed too high by Leipzig, who offered €15 million for the player.
In the past few hours Leeds submitted an improved offer worth €22 million plus a 20% sell-on clause to Dinamo Zagreb for the young defender.
