Lazio have officially announced that the club and coach Simone Inzaghi will continue to work together in the coming season. The Coppa Italia-winning coach tied himself to the Biancocelesti for two more season, penning a contract extension through 2021.
Lazio gave the official announcement of the renewal with the following statement on their website: "S.S. Lazio announce that the club has renewed and extended Mr. Simone Inzaghi's contract until 30.06.2021. The decision to continue this journey together strengthens the bond between the parties and proves the unity of purpose required in order to reach sporting objectives".
