Lazio took a significant step back last Monday after a heavy loss to Inter at home, but all of the criticism after that defeated helped the team as Simone Inzaghi explained to Sky Sport:”If criticism is constructive it’s well accepted here and can help myself and the team. Let’s say we made the best of it. We analyzed the mistakes after the loss to Inter and we played a great match. I’m happy with this match” the manager said after today’s 4-1 win against SPAL.
Inzaghi also discussed the performance of some of his individual players:”Cataldi deserved this day. He always made himself available, three years ago he was our captain. He’s an important player and I’m happy for him. Milinkovic Savic? He had a good game just like with Parma and a Marseille. Today he gave quantity and quality, last season he scored a lot, now he helps a lot when we don’t have possession”
