Lazio defeated Lecce 4-2 at the Olimpico and are currently sitting in third place in the league standings, awaiting the result from the Roma-Parma match. Manager Simone Inzaghi spoke with Sky Sport after the match.
"We won an important match. We were playing a team that has made all the other teams in Serie A suffer. With a little more attention, especially in the first half, we would have won more easily. We always concede a little something, but we always create a lot. It's our style of play. We deserve third place due to what what we're doing on the pitch. We know that we have a lot of quality."
