Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny spoke after the bianconeri's draw with Ajax at the Johan Cruyff Arena, where each team scored a goal on either side of kickoff, and the match ended 1-1. The goalkeeper gave his thoughts after the match to Sky Sport: "Too bad about the allowed goal but we had a great performance, very compact in the back trying to score goals on the counter. Ajax is strong, they play a high line and the three forwards are capable of inflicting damage. Rugani? Both he and Leo played a great match. In the second half there were more balls played deep, and that's how they scored against us. But it was the whole squad's attitude not just the two of them. The experience in Madrid? It's imprant to remain consistently in the match. The risk is too great to open yourself up and leave space behind. We need to be strong at countering what they do. We are two very different teams, they play much higher than us. Now we'll see how it plays out in the return leg."
