While waiting for the outcome of Inter-Roma, Juventus have already made use of Napoli’s setback as they beat Empoli at the Juventus Stadium. One of the reasons for their victory was a stellar performance from Daniele Rugani. Here is what the defender had to say about his future:
“It was a good night because we won, while Napoli’s defeat puts us closer to our objective. There is still a long way to go though. I keep trying to make myself ready whenever called upon; I want to improve with humility. My hope is to become a staple in the Juventus defense. Caldara? I know him very well; he’s my teammate in the Under-21’s. Our desire is to become the defensive pair of Juventus in the future”.
