While Hernanes left Juventus last January to join Hebei Fortune he still has a lot of respect for the way his ormer club is run. The Brazilian midfielder was interviewed by our editor in chief Gianluca Di Marzio in Marbella where his team is currently practicing:"When I arrived at Juventus I was in a place where I wanted to be, because it's not managed like a football team but rather a corporation. It's rare to have an approach like that in football. There's the club and roles. Those who don't respect or adapt to their roles have to pay the consequences from the superiors. I like this approach a lot, because everyone has to respect the rules. Allegri? I don't have any resentments toward him, he made his choices and I respect them. I wasn't this first option but the results proved him right"
