Just before the kickoff of Juventus and Torino's derby match, Pavel Nedved spoke on a topic swirling over the future of the bianconeri. Discussing coach Massimiliano Allegri, Nedved portrayed that his continued stay on the job is highly likely, but not yet a certainty. "Will he continue being our coach? Certainly, he has a contract and so he would stay on with us."
In the next few days Allegri will have an important meeting with the chairman Agnelli. Nedved continued: "Both of them are very calm. There is nothing to be fixed, everything is there. When the time is right they will meet."
Lastly discussing the derby: "It is a joy to experience, I always enjoyed the derby as a player and a director. I never saw hate, it was always a grand affair between two strong teams but always with a great serenity."
