Gigi Buffon was a guest at Juventus Tv where he commented on the victory over Napoli and the key to the Champions League. Here is what he had to say:
“I’m happy for my team mates and proud to play in a team like this. Against Napoli it wasn’t an easy match, but Allegri made the right moves, while the team interpreted the match really well. I have to admit, I was afraid of losing in our Stadium after six years.”
The secret to win the Champions League? : “For us aggressiveness is the key to reach our objectives. If you look at Barcelona, they may be the best in terms of individuals in the last 10 years. They could have won ten times in a row if they managed to put in the same intensity every year, but it can’t be done. If we want to win, it’ll be key. We need to take Mandzukic as an example: He’s a huge aggressive gorilla, the type that never falls down and with flies around his nose”.
