Juventus prepare to face a very motivated Torino squad in the 148th Derby della Mole on Friday night. After securing the Scudetto, the main topic of discussion for the Bianconeri has been the future of their coach Massimiliano Allegri. In the pre-match press conference, Allegri adressed the situation around his future: "I have to meet with Agnelli to make the future plans and to discuss the season we've had, also the things that worked well and the things that didn't. We will discuss the plans for next season as well. We have to see how we can improve this team, what our objectives will be and what the president's ideas are. Everything is just as usual, the president and I saw each other today and a few days ago. When he is at the training ground we meet all the time, but we will have a meeting when the president wants to".
On seeing the names of other managers linked to the Bianconeri job, this is what Allegri had to say: "Every year it looks like I have to leave, then every year I stay. This time we have the possibility to plan a month ahead of time. My ideas? I'll tell them to the president. My idea is to listen what his and the club's idea is. Then everything will go well, like every year. Juventus have to be competitive in Serie A, Coppa Italia, Supercoppa Italiana and Champions League. Nothing has changed, it's only right that we evaluate what we have done this season. I am motivated. When I decide to stay at Juventus for the sixth year in a row, it's because I am motivated. Don't ask me what I'm thinking, however if the focus will be on the team I will stay. If I wasn't convinced about the team I wouldn't stay", Allegri said on the matter.
Finally, the coach commented Aaron Ramsey's signing: "He is a quality player, he can score and he knows when to make good runs. He is a great signing for us".
