Juventus is fighting for the scudetto in Serie A, but is now focusing on their Champions League match against Lyon. Juve defender Leonardo Bonucci spoke on his team with L'Equipe.
"It's true that we are the favorites, but you win matches on the pitch. It would make us comfortable to score in Lyon prior to the return leg, but we must prepare for the match with lucidity."
"Lyon has great fans and many young players that will want to show their value. Garcia has managed in Italy, he knows well how to approach certain matches. Everything is special in Champions League, the mentality counts. We must stay focused. There's displeasure from the two finals we lost. We thought that we had beaten Barcelona after Morata tied the match, and we underestimated Real Madrid in the second half. The competition from Lazio and Inter in the league will help us to not stop also in Champions."
"Sarri has great intelligence, both as human and in football. When he speaks to us, you understand his transfer to the bianconero. He knows how to improve the squad he's working for. With him arrived a new way of seeing football. Ronaldo is fantastic for his technique. He's a war machine. Everyone has taken something from him to improve. De Ligt? Young and talented, he will have time to become one of the best in the world."
