The recent outbreak of COVID19 has postponed the upcoming Euro by a year. During a recent interview on Sky Sport24, the Azzurri's manager Roberto Mancini discussed how this situation impacts his team:"No one of us would have wanted to play, but unfortunately this is the situation. A lot of people passed away and this is the biggest regret, the hardest thing to accept. From a footballing level this could be good for us. We have a young team, we'll continue to work and maybe we will aggregate more players from the Under 21"
Mancini was asked about the strength and weaknesses of his team:"Fullbacks? We aren't lacking in talent both on the right and the left. We are in good shape in all of our units. If I had to add someone to this squad? I would say someone who can play behind Immobile and Belotti. Midfield? The quality of all the players is their versatility, we aren't physically imposing but you play football with your feet"
