Inter's dealings on the transfer window have all been put on standby until the extra called shareholders meeting on the 28th of June where, aside from selecting a new Board of Directors, the club will establish guidelines with regards to transfers in as well as out.
Candreva, Tourè and Ansaldi are a few of the many players that have been linked with the Nerazzurri, as the club hopes they wont have to sell an important player in order to make those transfers. For Vice-President Javier Zanetti the club's objective next season is to qualify for the Champions League: "Candreva is a great player but we have to first think about the transfer window we must go through and to go forward with our team. Touré has a great personality but there are many like him. Anyone would want Ansaldi. We will lay the foundations to return to the Champions League. We'll have to see if we have to sell a big-name player. On the 28th we will hold the shareholders meeting and then we will understand what kind of transfer window we will be able to undertake. We have to respect the Financial Fair Play rules. Banega? I'm part of a group, the most important thing is to work together to achieve results. Leonardo returning? Only the newspapers speak of these things. We are focusing on creating a competitive Inter."
