Inter, Pioli: "There is no explanation for this. The team isn't impacted by rumors about me."

Inter's thrilling night in Florence ended in a loss, and despite four goals scored there is little consolation for the nerazzurri. Coach Stefano Pioli spoke after the affair to Sky Sport on the 5-4 defeat to Fiorentina: "There are no explanation. I can't understand the way we fell apart after leading in the first half. We cannot make adjustments when things go badly, we are committing errors that we should have fixed a month ago. We have five matches to show we are not like this, to reaffirm this club's stature. In our last four negative results we couldn't score a goal when the team was in a bind. The problem comes when our team gives up. We have wasted everything over the last month. How come? I truly don't know whether these rumors about my future are getting to the team, they definitely have not affected how I've done my job. We need to work better, because one month was enough to put us in this downturn, and one month could bring us back to where we were before."
