Despite Beppe Marotta’s recent statements, Inter may actually make some more transfer moves independent of Mauro Icardi. In fact Fiorentina are pushing hard to sign Matteo Politano, a player the nerazzurri don’t want to sell but Rocco Commisso is making some a significant offer, around €30 million. Should he increase it, then it’s possible Inter could be open to a sale.
As a potential replacement for Politano, Inter has already blocked Ivan Rebic: today there was a meeting between sporting director Ausilio and the player’s agent Ramadani in Milan. Eitracht’s request for Rebic has decreased from €40 million to 30/35, a figure similar to the one Fiorentina are offering for Politano.
