Inter-Miranda, progress made and meeting for contract extension

Miranda has been at Inter since 2015 and played 31 times as a 33 year old. This was enough to convince the Inter directors to work on his contract that expires in June 2019. The defender is focusing on the World Cup with Brazil, which will probably the last one of his career. In the meantime, there has been progress made towards an extension, as Ausilio and Gardini will be in London to talk to the player, who is training at Tottenham's facilities. They are seeking to conclude the extension as soon as possible. De Vrij has joined Inter, but Miranda's experience will be vital with Inter in the Champions League.
