Inter has been hit with another injury to Antonio Conte's squad. Roberto Gagliardini will be sidelined for the next several games, missing Roma and Barcelona in the Champions League. The timetable for recovery will be revealed. The injury is another for Inter to deal with, who are increasingly looking to January to make improvements to the squad, currently a point ahead of Juventus in Serie A.
Here is Inter's note on the midfielder's condition: "Roberto Gagliardini underwent medical exams today at the Istituto Humanitas in Rozzano. Tests revealed tendon damage in the sole of his right foot. Gagliardini’s condition will be re-evaluated next week."
