Inter defender Stefan De Vrij will most likely miss the game against his former team Lazio in the next round of Serie A games. The Dutch centre-back picked up an injury in training with his national team, as announced by the Nerazzurri with an official medical report on their website:
"Stefan De Vrij today underwent an MRI scan after a problem picked up during training with the Netherlands National Team. The results highlighted an issue with the adductor muscle in his right thigh. De Vrij will now undergo his own personalised training regime and he’ll be reassessed at the start of next week."
