Inter secured Champions League football on the final day of the season, and begnning next year, the club will begin a new era under coach Antonio Conte. The former Chelsea coach is set to sign a contract this week with the nerazzurri, a three-year deal at a €12m net salary. On Wednesday the official announcement could be made, the same day that Conte's former club will take part in the Europa League final against Arsenal. The situation rests however on when the meeting between Inter and Spalletti to resolve the latter's contract.
Conte will be in Madrid the following Saturday for the Champions League final, and he should make his first official outing as the new coach of Inter together with the entire directorial staff (Marotta, Ausilio, Antonelli, and Zhang). In the coming weeks a visit to Chine for Conte is expected, to meet Zhang Jindong and Inter's ownership. The marriage between Conte and Inter is set to begin, the deal will be signed and the announcement will be made soon.
