After the end of the summer transfer window, it's now time to draw the first conclusions for Real Madrid. The Blancos, like has admitted Florentino Perez, want to get back to the winning ways after a disappointing season. The Merengues' president has talked during the reunion with the socios. There has been some critics about the club's policy on the transfer market but Perez has defended the club: "There are players who don't get sold. We went for Lewandowski for several years but nothing happened because he has no clause and they won't sell him. And the same thing happened with Pogba, our first choice, but Manchester United didn't want to sell him. Mbappé? He's really strong and we like him but if a club decides they won't sell a player, there's nothing we can do".
About his future: "I'm absolutely not tired. As long as i'll have the strength and will feel the socios' and fans' support, i'll stay in charge for Real Madrid's good sake".
