Thus far, the transfer window has been a "hot" one, with plenty of big-money moves all around Europe. However, the real "hot list" might actually be the one concerning free agents, with numerous talented players awaiting for the right call. Here are five of the best amongst the many:

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's experience with Manchester United, during which he collected 28 goals and 10 assists in 46 games, has come to an end. Following the Swede's severe knee injury, Mourinho's club chose to not renew his contract. Ibra's numbers speak for themselves: 722 games and 419 goals as a professional. What are clubs waiting for?

In 2010, he was decisive for Inter's famous treble. Now, aged 33, Wesley Sneijder is a free agent. There are many teams interested in the Dutchman, who has recently terminated his contract with Galatasaray, after a four-year experience in Turkey. Last season, Sneijder bagged 5 goals and 15 assists in just 28 games for the Turks - he still has a lot to offer.

Jesus Navas is the third member of the list, after his contract with Manchester City came to an end. The 31 year-old Spanish winger comes from a sub-average season with the Citizens, with 36 games played, no goals scored and just 5 assists collected. Still, his overall silverware is that of a world-class player: two Europa Leagues, one World Cup and one Euro, amongst many other trophies. Numerous clubs are interested, including his home team, Sevilla. It could be a homecoming for the Spaniard.

Rachid Ghezzal is the youngest member of the list and thus presents teams with a very interesting opportunity. The french-algerian is an offensive jolly and, at just 25 years old, he had a very positive final season with Lyon, scoring 3 goals and assisting his teammates 7 times, playing a total of 38 games.

Last but not least is the unlucky Giuseppe Rossi, aged 30. Taking into account the countless severe injuries suffered by Pepito during his carreer, his numbers are impressive: 52 games, 25 goals and 10 assists in Serie A, as well as 198 games, 75 goals and 23 assists in La Liga. At his last club, Celta Vigo, he was stopped once again by injuries, with the Spaniards deciding not to activate their option to make the deal permanent. What now for Rossi?
