After the loss against Milan, Dusan Vlahovic has received the shirt from his idol Ibrahimovic: "The dedication surprised me: 'Good luck, I wish you all the best' written in Serbian, my language. It's been unique". The match against Milan was the last one for Fiorentina under the coaching of Prandelli, who has helped a lot the striker in these months as he explains in the interview to La Repubblica: "I respect his choice, i wish him all the best. In his letter there is a lot of humanity. When he arrived he called me in his office and said: 'I'm betting on you, you have 7-8 matches. Don't worry and play with calm'. He let me kock penalties because I wasn't scoring".
The future is bright for the Serbian striker, class 2000 with already 13 goals in the league this year: "I could be arrogant, but with hard work and the right mentality I think I could reach Haaland's levels. I watch him and I try to analize how he moves, how he finalize. And then I focus on my strengths and weaknesses: it's not a good thing for me being 1.90m tall and not scoring with headers. I don't want to talk about my contract (expiring in 2023) as we're not in a good position. Commisso is ambitious and he will do everything to bring the team on top: in summer we will talk, I'm opened to everything with the club".
