Three people have been transported to the hospital with knife wounds: this is the result of the fight between fans of Lazio and Sevilla that took place on Wednesday evening in the center of Rome, precisely in the Monti district. As reported by ANSA, two of the three individuals who were transported the the hospital were of Spanish nationality (one of them in critical condition) - presumably supporters of Sevilla - whilst the third an American.
The police hypothesizes a fight broke out between the fans, even if official confirmations have not yet arrived and the investigations are still ongoing. On Thursday, at the Olimpico, the match between Lazio and Sevilla will be staged for the first leg of the UEFA Europa League Round of 32.
