Everton have seen an offer turned down by Udinese for striker Beto.
The Toffees are said to have offered €25 million plus €5 million in performance-related add-ons for the 25-year-old striker, who netted 10 times in Serie A last season.
It’s understood parties remain confident in agreeing a deal, with talks continuing over a possible move.
A host of other clubs have shown interest in the Portuguese international this summer, including Inter Milan, but a deal failed to materialise.
