His performances in the Bundesliga where he scored 24 goals in 28 matches have made Timo Werner a very hot name on the transfer market, but while he appeals to numerous clubs, the striker wants to play in the Premier League with Liverpool as the likeliest destination.
Inter's sporting director Piero Ausilio recently told Sky Sport that while they've always liked Werner, he admitted he won't be joining the nerazzurri this summer and that there was no active negotiation. Liverpool on the other hand are a concrete option, Klopp's club have been after him for quite some time. In the meantime Werner will continue to score goals in the Bundesliga.
