Two years have passed since Toto’ Di Natale’s retirement but he still remains strongly associated with his former club Udinese. The Neapolitan striker talked about his career and his ties to Udinese in an exclusive interview with GianlucaDiMarzio.com:”I was lucky, I had an extraordinary career and I’m happy with what I accomplished. I had offers from world class clubs, I always turned them down because I think my happiness and my family come before everything else: I wouldn’t have left Udinese for anything in the world. I made a life choice and despite everything I played in two Euros and a World Cup, I almost got to fifty caps on the Azzurri. I played in the Champions League twice, I surpassed a legend like Rory Baggio for number of goals in Serie A. Back in 2011 the chemistry with Alexis Sanchez was perfect, we understood each other with a glance and no one could stop us. He then went to Barcelona and Arsenal and proved he’s a great champion”
