After playing in the Russian league for seven seasons, Italian defender Domenico Criscito says goodbye to Zenit St. Petersburg with an emotional post on his Instagram account: "The game on Sunday will be a special one for me - Criscito wrote - Unfortunately that will be my last game with a Zenit's shirt. I'm proud of heving spent here these seven years. I've won two leagues, a Russian cup, two Supercups to become part of the history of such a glorious club. I'd like to thank all the people who joined me in this beutiful adventure, from the president to all the coaches I've had. [...] I'd also like to thank my teammates, we sticked together, in beautiful win as in painful defeats, but that's part of football too. Last but not least, I want to thank all the supporters; they made me feel at home from the beginning, you made me feel special and being the captain of this team fills me with pride. [...] In the future I will still support this club and I will always watch you from distance. I will miss you...thank you from the bottom of my heart", concluded Criscito.
