Criscito agrees to join Genoa while Zenit considers him off the market: the latest

Genoa came calling and Domenico Criscito expressed interest in returning to Italy. The left back is willing to take a pay cut to his wages in order to come back to Serie A, but there is still no agreement between the clubs. Zenit considers Criscito off the market since they view him as a valuable and versatile member of their squad, while new coach Roberto Mancini wants to name him the captain. Genoa will however make another attempt to bring Criscito back to Italy in the coming days.
