The Chilean international suffered the injury yesterday, and today manager Yupp Heynckes addressed the situation during the pre game press conference to introduce the showdown versus Bayer Leverkusen:”Arturo will have surgery, but he’s a warrior and I’m confident he’ll recuperate well. He’ll have a procedure to clean his ankle, it’s a small operation and will be out for a bit”. Bayern Munich are hoping Vidal will be available for the Champions League semifinal round against Real Madrid
