Atalanta hold fourth place in Serie A, the last slot to allow Champions League entry into next year's competitoin, after a win over Udinese. The nerazzurri under coach Gasperini have kept their dream alive, winning 2-0 in the match. After, Gasperini spoke to Sky: "Udinese is better than their place in the standings, we know it would be difficult. Champions Leauge? I belive it will still be very hard, but clearly if we win out the other teams cannot catch us. Every match is an even one: our morale is high and we want to keep it going. We are experiencing something remarkable and the players deserved everything because they are doing incredible things."
Gasperini commented on the individual performances in his attack: "Papu Gomez is amazing, he's played every role, and played with quality. Zapata was missing a goal today. Illicic? He adds a lot to us, fantastic. But in the beginning of the year he was inconsistent, during the season he frequently had small problems, this team knew how to thrive anyway."
