Mario Pasalic will remain an Atalanta player for another season, as the club reahed an agreement with Chelsea for a one-year extension of his loan. The deal was made official with a statement on the Bergamo-based club's official site:
"Atalanta B.C. announces it has reached agreement with Chelsea F.C. for the extension of the loan of player Mario Pašalić through 30 June 2020, the formula is of a loan with purchase option. The Croat midfielder will continue to wear the nerazzuri shirt again in the 2019-2020 season."
