Few players that changed teams during the January window had a bigger impact than Roberto Gagliardini. The young midfielder left Atalanta to join Inter, and so far has rewarded manager Pioli for having so much faith in him. His brother Andrea talked about his adjustment in an interview to Corriere di Bergamo:"Since the transfer things haven't calmed down. Neither for my family nor my brother. Many ask me about him, they look for jerseys. He comes to see me play on Sundays and is overwhelmed by fans for autographs and selfies. But he's always the same Roberto, humble and hard working. Some family members went to see him play in Bologna and they all said the same thing "Roberto is the same". He's reserved and takes time to open up but when he does he's the most generous person in the world, he also never feels pressure.
