Witsel was linked to a lot of Italian clubs previously but his future could be in the Premier League is close to Everton: there’s an agreement between both clubs on the basis of 30 million euros. The player is waiting for any Italian clubs to rebound, but now seems to have accepted the move and is processing the idea of signing for Everton.
