With Sportiello potentially leaving, Atalanta targets Penarol keeper Guruceaga

While Atalanta has been manly in the transfer news headlines for outgoing moves, the bergamaschi could be soon welcoming a new player. Atalanta is in fact interested in Penarol keeper Gaston Guruceaga who was elected best player at his position in the Under 20 South American tournament in 2015. Penarol is willing to let him leave even on loan with option to buy at a reasonable figure around €1.5 million as long as they have a percentage on his future resale. But prior to signing Guruceaga, Atalanta would have to move Marco Sportiello who could leave Gasperini's squad during the winter window.
