West Ham set to acquire Ayew, while Swansea targets Llorente to replace him

Swansea is very active on the transfer market with their first match of season just ten days away. Andre Ayew isn't expected to be available for the game against Burnley as the striker is very close to joining West Ham, once the medical is completed the Ghanian striker is expected to join the Hammers. Guidolin's club has identified Fernando Llorente  as his replacement, the former zjuventus striker is their top target. Swansea is getting ready to start the season with some potential transfer moves.
