After remarks made yesterday, the future of Francesco Totti at Roma is the subject of much speculation. His friend and former international colleague Christian Vieri has spoken to Sky Sport stating that; "If Francesco want s to continue to play and is in good physical shape then he will do. If instead he wants to stop he will stop. Only he can decide, he is a great champion who is nearly 40 years-old and even if he wants to play in another league, whatever decision he takes will be the right one."
He continued; "Every person is different, only he knows what sort of physical shape he's in. It's important that nobody makes his mind up for him." With Totti's relationship with coach Luciano Spalletti coming under the microscope, Vieri stated that; "He is a great coach, a great person who is right for Roma. It's normal that he has choices to make."
