Victor Ibarbo set to join Japanese club Sagan Tosu: the latest

After a short negotiation, Victor Ibarbo is set to join Sagan Tosu. The Japanese club will acquire the striker on loan with option to buy with a contract through 2020 should the option be exercise. The deal with Cagliari has been reached, Ibarbo will take the medical before the official announcement
