Verona has received bad news in the form of an injury to Giampaolo Pazzini, who scored the decisive goal from the penalty spot against Juventus. The injury, a problem with his calf muscle, will keep the striker out for several weeks. Verona's official statement on the matter read: "Hellas Verona FC announces that, after medical examination underwent by the player in the last few hours, Giampaolo Pazzini is dealing with a grade 1 strain of his right calf muscle. The timetable for his recovery has not yet been determined." The injury is a tough blow for Juric's men, in the middle of a promising season in Serie A for the gialloblu.
