Alan Empereur, 25 year old defender for Hellas Verona, has been playing in Italy since 2011. However, as he searches for continuity, he may be soon leaving Italy for a change of air. Uruguayan club Club Nacional de Football, known simply as Nacional, is pressing to acquire the Brazilian defender.
There has been contact between the two parties, the transfer would be difficult but the player would be willing to make the transfer. Empereur is currently nursing a hamstring injury, but debuted this Serie A season on November 3 against Brescia. He started at San Siro and then in the 45' against Atalanta in Bergamo. Now the market calls and the interest in Nacional is concrete.
