Emerson Royal is set to join Tottenham with the Premier League club's directors spending recent minutes finalizing the completion of the deal for the Barcelona left-back.
The agreement between clubs was reached on a base of €30 million, thanks to the intermediary Ali Barat of Epic Sports agency.
Emerson was bought by Barcelona in January 2019 but was immediately transferred to Betis. Thanks to a clause in his contract, the blaugrana repurchased him this transfer window before completing his sale.
