Inter have identified their top target in the January window with Christian Eriksen. The Danish midfielder has an expiring contract, his agent recently met with the nerazzurri's executive director Beppe Marotta in Milano- the objective is to acquire him in the next few days.
Yesterday, Inter raised their offer to €13 million plus €2 million in bonuses, Eriksen's agent will meet with Spurs to convince them to sell Eriksen during the January window. In the meantime, while he was selected for the match against Watford, Eriksen isn't in the starting lineup.
During yesterday's press conference Jose' Mourinho had explained that he couldn't expect Eriksen to be fully focused on his current team, but did guarantee that he would play today "For a few matches the people will say he's playing his last match, Eriksen will be on the pitch tomorrow".
