On the eve of his teams game against Milan at the San Siro, Torino defender Nikola Maksimović has been speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport. Wanted by many clubs last summer including this weekend's opponents, he stated that; "I renewed my contract here until 2020 because I believed in the project. I'm not the sort of person who moves just because a big club is interested, I don't see the point in going somewhere just to sit on the bench. I want to grow here but if an offer becomes available that is good for both me and the club, then we can talk."
