Everything seemed to be set for M'Baye Niang to join Spartak Moscow and while the medical had been booked, the deal is now stalling. Torino have jumped back into the race for the winger, they have offered €12 million, so considerably less than Spartak's bid of €18 million, and today they met with Mino Raiola who was in town for the Matuidi to Juventus deal. Niang is now pondering his options, he also hasn't abandoned the idea of staying at Milan. Spartak are still hoping the deal is completed and have worked on the bureaucratic matters for the transfer, but Niang's will is expected to be the determining factor.
