Iago Falque has chosen Genoa. The Torino player, never convinced to accept the courtship from SPAL who pushed for the player in the past days, has chosen to return to Genoa, the club he played for in the 2014-15 season.
By now on the outside looking in at Torino, Falque will undergo medical visits today with Genoa and SPAL will return to the market and seek out a player ready to join their club.
For Genoa, this is yet another former player returning via the January market after those of Perin, Behrami, Destro and Masiello. The arrival of Iago Falque is not linked to the discussions for Sottil, as Genoa is working on acquiring the player from Fiorentina.
